Loders is a village and West Dorset parish directly east of  Bradpole and west of  Askerswell.
Loders village is on the north bank of the River Asker, and within the parish to the east, Up Loders
is on the south bank, and connects to the A35 road providing access from Dorchester.
Shipton Gorge is directly south.
