Thornton Hough and Raby are a small villages on the  Wirral Peninsula, north of  Neston and Willaston
in the Cheshire West and Chester district.
To the east is the M53 and  Bromborough, with  Brimistage representing the rural area west of the M53, to the north,
then  Heswall to the north west.
