Hampton is situated in Kings County, 30 km northeast of the City of Saint John by the Kennebecasis River on Highway 121 between Lakeside and Norton.
As Shiretown of Kings County, it has a rich heritage and culture. It boasts such historical buildings as the Court House, Kings County Gaol, Saint Paul's Church and Loyalist Burial Ground and many heritage homes.
