Clinton is a town located in Worcester County, Massachusetts. It was first settled in 1654 and was officially incorporated in 1850.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 18.9 km² (7.3 mi²). 14.8 km² (5.7 mi²) of it is land and 4.1 km² (1.6 mi²) of it is water. The total area is 21.78% water.
