Discussion and exposition of Wittgenstein's Private Language Argument,
both in its narrow development in sections 243--264 of the
Investigations and in terms of the wider discussion of rules and
privacy. Discussion of Kripke's meaning-skeptical interpreatation of
the PLA is also appropriate.
