The Alexandrian tradition of Wicca consists of those Covens and individuals who are directly descended in lines of initiatory descent from Alex and Maxine Sanders.
To be Alexandrian, any individual must have been actually initiated through this lineage.
A number of other traditions have sprung from this same line of initatory descent, and all hold continuance of the Alexandrian Tradition.
