In plain, a Utopia is a society that is, in the eyes of many beholders, perfection that can be achieved on a human scale. Such as - if all humans had proper health care, education, or if there was no crime (or limited) and also that the majority would be satisfied living in the society, without war, disease, and otherwise anything else that ails the human species.
