Soop (stands for Sick Of Other Portals) Portal is an Active Server Pages based free system that can use either MsSql or Ms Access database. Originally created as a mod to Web Wiz Forum, now a system all to it self. This portal has a large community that provides mods and skins (usually for free). The portal system also uses browser side Java script and includes some Flash elements.
