- north east of Nailsea, south of the Yeo.
- North of Wraxall village, the B3128 takes road traffic west to join the B3130 in
- Tickenham parish, before the M5 motorway at Clevedon.
- To the east on the B3128 is the settlement of Failand before Long Ashton.
- Failand is separated from Wraxall by Tyntesfield Park, and is administered as
- the North Somerset combined parish of Wraxall and Failand.
- Note: Besides Somerset, the name Wraxall is shared with parishes in Dorset and Wiltshire,
- having derived from the Saxon: "nook of land frequented by the buzzard or other bird of prey".
