Templates

A web template is a pre-designed web page framework which can be edited to include content/text. Professional web templates contain the necessary HTML code and graphics to display properly in a web browser. Upon downloading a web template, the user can edit the HTML code and/or graphics to suit their unique requirements. Edits to web template are performed using an HTML editor and some templates require a specific HTML software application whereas some only require a plain text editor.

If the site offers templates specific to only one HTML editor, it should be submitted to one of the following sub-categories:

DREAMWEAVER: If your site deals primarily in Dreamweaver templates, please submit to the sub category Dreamweaver.
FLASH: If your site deals primarily in Flash templates, please submit to Flash.
FRONTPAGE: If your site deals primarily in Microsoft FrontPage templates, please submit to FrontPage.
JOOMLA: If your site deals primarily in Joomla templates, please submit to Joomla.
WEBLOG: If your site deals primarily in Weblogs (i.e. wordpress, blogger, typepad, etc.) templates, please submit to Weblog.
MEMBERSHIP: If your site deals primarily in membership based purchases, please submit to Membership

Flip Albums

Websites that offer designs and layouts specifically created for e-books and flip albums.

Submissions which follow the following guidelines are processed more promptly than those which do not.

DESCRIPTION: Create a brief description, under 25 words, listing the current content of your site (not the future content)
VERBIAGE: Do not use first person verbiage (we, our, us).
AFFILIATE: Sites that are affiliates or lists of affiliate links that do not contain original content will not be listed.
MEMBERSHIP SITES: Sites which offer templates based on a member agreement must offer a view to each template product. Non-members will have visibility to this view which will include a screenshot or "in action" view to the template as well as template details (i.e compatibility with html editors, etc.).
ADULT CONTENT: Sites with Adult content or links to Adult content (including Adult pop-up, advertisement windows) will not be listed in this category or sub-categories. Please submit such sites to the appropriate category in the Adult section.

Only submit sites that deal in the sale of professional Web Site Templates. If the sites offer templates suitable for multiple HTML editors (i.e. Microsoft Expression Web (or FrontPage), Adobe Dreamweaver, or any plain text editor), it may be submitted to the main category Computers/Graphics/Web/Templates.
