Mobile communications systems include the first and second generation systems like GSM, CDMA, IS-95 etc and third generation (IMT-2000, 3G, UMTS, cdma2000,...). They also include Wireless LANs (IEEE 802.11, HIPERLAN standards), short range communications systems (Bluetooth, IrDA,...) and future broadband systems. Positioning systems (like GPS,...) may also be included in this category.
Please submit only sites providing useful information about research and development of mobile communication systems. Commercial sites should be submitted to the "Top: Business: Industries: Telecommunications: Wireless" category.

Non-English sites should be submitted to the "World" category related to the language of the site. Amateur radio sites should be suggested to the appropriate category in Radio/Amateur

CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) is a digital transmission technique whereby multiple users use the same transmission medium but are separated using orthogonal signature sequences. Wideband CDMA is the primary transmission technique proposed for Third Generation (3G) Mobile Communication systems. CDMA is also used in the second generation IS-95 systems.
Please submit only sites related to CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) and related topics. Sites to be submitted are those related to CDMA research and CDMA Standards especially 3G-WCDMA standards. Variations of CDMA such as Multicarrier CDMA also belong to this category.
