SUBMISSION POLICY - Submit only sites that deal directly with the history, resources and/or support of the effects of ionizing radiation to military personnel, caused by exposure to nuclear weapons testing.

Sites about nuclear weapons, exposure to ionizing radiation and the effects, that do not involve military personnel, or are not directly caused by military weapons testing, should be submitted to the appropriate sub-category in Society: Issues: Environment: Nuclear

SUBMISSION POLICY - Submit only sites that concern health-related issues faced by veterans, cause by their involvement in the Gulf War. It is OK to submit sites that also affect others, but veterans must be specifically addressed, and should be the ones primarily affected.

Sites submitted must deal primarily with the health-related illnesses generally considered to be "Gulf War Illness".
