This section of the DMOZ Open Directory Project is specifically about Jewish Recipe Sites. Depending on the number of sites submitted or found by the section editors it may be broken down into Kosher and Non-Kosher recipes.
Where applicable the specific ethnicity of recipes will be listed in the description of the sites. For instance, Sephardic is a very broad term if you're familiar with it.
It can be anything from North African to Turkish. The cuisines of those two regions are very different, and the same is true even of North African.
We're always open to suggestions. If you have any that you think would improve this section please use the feedback form.
