- Herefordshire is a county in the West Midlands of England, on the border of Wales to the west.
- Formerly, it was part of 'Hereford and Worcestershire', but that county was split in 1998.
- The western part (comprising Leominster District, South Herefordshire District, Hereford City, and part
- of the old Malvern Hills District) is now under the control of Herefordshire Council Unitary Authority.
